Free CTI Manufacturing or Automotive Training
CLASSES START SEPTEMBER 14, 2026
Subsidized through Commonwealth Corporation and facilitated through South Shore Technical Institute in Hanover, these 220-hour introductory courses are meticulously designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the thriving fields of manufacturing or automotive repair. Participants will learn in a hands-on, real machine shop environment, gaining essential skills that are highly sought after in some of Massachusetts' fastest-growing markets. The curriculum covers a range of foundational topics and includes industry-recognized safety credentials. By engaging in practical, hands-on training, students will be equipped with the knowledge and experience needed to secure employment and succeed in various roles.

All accepted applicants must provide Work Authorization and complete two MassHire Workshops before graduation. A mandatory Orientation will take place in September 2026.
